Double premiere: The light frieze was debuted during the opening concert of the Gustav Mahler Musikwochen.

The frieze was molded into the relief of the room and is made of a finely-woven metal fabric in a special reflective finishing.

The installation is lit by recessed LEDs and can thus produce diverse atmospheric moods.

By using our light-instrument, a musician can play along with the orchestra as an inaudible member. They improvise an atmosphere which goes beyond a normal concert experience while keeping the focus on the music. Color moods can be produced by two different methods.

We created an intuitive workflow for storing and recalling presets. Settings can be changed anytime by playing the keyboard or adjusting the knobs.
