We believe in physical space
Digital meets analog
Our lives increasingly take place in the digital realm. However, this does not make real spaces redundant, but all the more valuable.
We transform content into hands-on spatial experiences. We ensure that people engage in conversation. We create experiences and impressions. With the help of digital technology – where it offers real added value.
We develop interaction concepts for every social situation: for guided tours, groups, families or individual visitors. For professionals. For the broad public. For people with disabilities. For multipliers. For the time before, during and after the visit. We design spectacular highlight exhibits. We examine your product range, your existing demonstrators and objects and develop systematic approaches.
We make complex things simple. We create places where chance encounters can take place. Places where people can talk, share, learn and think. With the possibilities of digital technology.

Frequently Asked Questions
“My topics are complex. I have to explain a lot.”
We use psychological and didactic models to explain content step by step. We play with media and media breaks. We use physical space, interaction, haptic objects, animation and graphics.
We structure your topics in such a way that visitors find themselves in it and are led to it step by step. We use our experience from museums and exhibitions to prepare information in such a way that it is multimodal, attractive and interesting.
We control attention and structure information. And choreograph it on all relevant media.
“My visitors are very different.”
We know all the options for making rooms multifunctional with digital media. Screens, projectors, kinetics and light can transform rooms from one moment to the next. Smart content management systems make it easy to store a wide variety of content. Tablets and smartphones can provide additional information. Different languages, markets, target groups are possible. Different confidentiality levels, internal and external variants can be used.
“My content is constantly evolving.”
That's good. No business works any other way. We always think changing content. Content management from the beginning of every project doesn't have to be complicated or expensive. We analyze content structures and isolate invariants: Things that won't change. People. Contexts. Questions. Basic technologies. These are what we focus on. These must be perfect. Everything else will change. And must be simple to change. We look at the processes for this. And enable you to update everything on your own later. Or do a full service package. Our content management systems are open source and use open standards. Or we plug into your existing system. So you wont get any unwanted dependencies.
“I dont have any space.”
We make screens multifunctional and use all possibilities of modern mobile devices. A mobile tablet turns an existing machine park into a presentation surface. NFC and QR codes allow a lot of content in a small space. Projections dont take up any space at all. We make transition spaces work. We make outdoor spaces work.
“But we work hybrid at different locations.”
The more you will need a space to gather. Important to understand: The main cost is usually not the hardware. Planning, software and content are the bigger part. These costs are almost independent of how often a space is built. A digitally thought-out exhibition design and good content management are key. We plan modular, scalable concepts. Tablets, NFC or QR codes allow packing whole exhibitions in the trunk of a car.
And hybrid collaboration can be more than video conferencing. Interactions in space can also be shared across locations.
“But how does such a space integrate into my customer journey?”
A space must always be part of an integral customer journey. Looking at the pre-visit and post-visit is essential: How is a visit prepared? How is the mood set? What are the benefits? What are the things that benefits the most from a space? What follow-up meeting situations are necessary? What things should take place afterwards? We look at the topic from all perspectives.
